different sizes and formulations to suit the specific requirements of our customers.The process of pelleting offers several advantages. It improves the feed's digestibility, reduces dust and waste, enhances feed efficiency, and facilitates handling and storage.
Pelleted feed typically consists of a mixture of grains, protein sources, vitamins, minerals, and other additives. The ingredients are ground into a fine powder, mixed thoroughly, and then conditioned with steam or water to achieve the desired moisture content. The conditioned feed is then forced through a die with small holes, resulting in the formation of pellets.

Pellets have a higher bulk density than loose feed, which can help reduce wastage and improve feed efficiency. Pellets can also reduce selective feeding, as animals are unable to pick and choose the ingredients they prefer.
